Question RETURNS
AnswerAny ordered item can be returned within 14 days from the date it was delivered. Our customer care policy does not allow for exchanging purchased items with other items from our store.
Please keep in mind that we only accept returns of purchased items if they show no traces of exploitation and there is no damage to packaging and labels.
